Mercor is recruiting General and Operations Managers to work on a research project for one of the world’s top AI companies. This project involves using your professional experience to design questions related to your occupation as a General and Operations Manager.

• Design and develop questions related to your occupation as a General and Operations Manager.
• Work fully asynchronously and manage your own schedule.
• Commit to a minimum of 15 hours per week (work load varies week-to-week).
• Participate in the project through its anticipated duration through the end of 2025, possibly longer.
• Use a desktop or laptop computer; chromebook computers are not accepted.

• 4+ full-time work experience as a General and Operations Manager.
• Be based in the US, UK, or Canada.
• Ability to commit to the required hours and deliver timely results.

• Industry-standard compensation based on your background and geographic location.
• Weekly payouts via Stripe Connect based on logged hours.
• Contractor classification, at-will.
