Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist — Remote (US)
In this fully remote role, you’ll handle payment application, chargeback resolution, and proactive follow‑up on accounts.
What you’ll do:- Cash Application:
Apply customer payments from portals, EDI, and email; post quickly and accurately to the ERP. - Chargebacks & Disputes:
Review, code, and document chargebacks; gather supporting proof across portals, reports, and stakeholders. Initiate, track, and resolve chargeback disputes; communicate clearly and professionally with customers. - Account management:
Reconcile AR accounts and resolve issues end‑to‑end. Work AR aging proactively—engage customers (primarily via email) to collect past‑due balances and clear aged items. - Billing:
Create and send statements to customers. - Inbox management:
Managed the shared AR and Credit inboxes.
- 3+ years of AR experience required
- Must have beauty or personal care products industry experience (CPG - Consumer Packaged Goods)
- Experience working for a publicly traded company strongly preferred
- Hands‑on ERP experience (Net Suite, SAP, or Dynamics)
- Experience using the Google Suite (Drive, Email, Sheets, Calendar)
- Clear, concise written communication; confident collaborator across teams
- Self‑starter and team player who thrives in a fast‑moving, remote environment
- Hours:
8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. CST, Monday–Friday - Contract length: 9–12+ months (Temporary Assignment)
