Associate Account Manager- Residential

Southern Botanical is hiring a full-time Associate Account Manager for our Residential team in Dallas, TX. This role gives you a defined portfolio, a clear set of weekly responsibilities, and the structure of an established system (Aspire) to work within — supporting our Account Managers as they maintain long-term relationships with residential clients. You'll follow a consistent weekly rhythm: property visits, status updates, client recaps, and proposal preparation, all within processes our team has refined over three decades.

The career path for this role is to successfully promote to an Account Manager within 12 months in this position.

You’ll receive a company vehicle, and when you’re not on client sites, you’ll work from our beautiful office at I-35 and Mockingbird alongside a smart and collaborative team.

• Support Account Manager(s) with a defined portfolio of residential accounts, maintaining the client relationships that drive renewal.
• Visit properties on a set weekly schedule to check quality, document issues in Aspire, and follow up with support teams until resolved.
• Send a weekly written recap to each Account Manager so every request and concern has a clear paper trail and nothing falls through the cracks.
• Assist with annual landscape management budgets, helping translate client goals into a concrete, trackable plan.
• Prepare presentations and proposals in Aspire for landscape enhancements, agronomy, irrigation, and tree care — accuracy and attention to detail matter here.
• Coordinate with support team members to confirm work meets design and installation specifications.
• Learn to program and adjust irrigation schedules through Smart Link, our remote scheduling system — full training provided.
• Build working knowledge of agronomy, arboriculture, enhancements, and irrigation through structured, hands‑on learning.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience.
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Strong organizational skills and dependable time management — you keep track of the details without being asked twice.
• Careful, methodical problem-solver with genuine attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Able to lift 30 lbs and walk, stand, kneel, or bend for extended periods.
