Senior Cost Manager – Relocation Opportunity (UK & Australia to USA)

Salary: $125,000 to $150,000 + Bonus

With a collaborative, fast‑paced culture and a strong pipeline of major projects, this is an excellent opportunity for experienced Cost Managers looking to relocate to the US and specialise further in the data centre market.
The RoleAs a Senior Cost Manager, you will take a lead role on large‑scale data centre developments, providing cost management expertise throughout the project lifecycle. Working closely with clients, contractors, and project teams, you will help deliver complex, high‑value projects while being based in Lubbock, TX.
Key Responsibilities- Lead cost management services on major construction projects.
- Prepare cost estimates, cost plans, tender documentation, and contract documents.
- Manage cost reporting, change control, variations, and final accounts.
- Chair cost meetings and act as a key client and contractor contact.
- Support project teams during construction and oversee monthly cost assessments.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to project delivery excellence.
- Produce and present reports to clients and senior stakeholders.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
- 6+ years' cost management experience on large‑scale construction or infrastructure projects.
- Strong pre- and post-contract knowledge.
- Experience leading projects and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Eligibility to work in the US, or qualify for an E‑2/E‑3 visa.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Work on major hyperscale data centre projects.
