Compensation: $60.00 hourly (Remote, Part‑time).

The MEP Superintendent is responsible for the efficient scheduling, management, and coordination of all subcontractors, construction trades, and labor crews to work in unity and ensure quality outcomes.
- Oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work on construction sites.
- Schedule subcontractors and coordinate workflow.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
- Track project progress and resolve issues promptly.
Compensation: $ yearly.
Project EstimatorResponsible for estimating costs for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and bid documents.
- Analyze project plans and specifications.
- Collaborate with project teams to adjust estimates as needed.
- Maintain estimation software and databases.

Hybrid (offices in Amarillo, TX).
Oversees all phases of construction projects, including pre‑construction planning, procurement, and construction management.

Project Estimator – Enterprise MobilitySupport the Estimating team by preparing accurate cost projections for new projects.
- Analyze job scopes and draft estimates.
- Evaluate subcontractor bids and market prices.
- Document and track estimate revisions.
- Provide input on pricing strategy.
