Superintendent – Lubbock

Superintendent Position

As a Superintendent, you'll lead the field execution of the low-voltage infrastructure scope on some of the nation's largest hyperscale data center projects supporting industry leaders like Google, Microsoft, and Meta. Serving as the primary onsite leader, you'll oversee subcontractor crews performing structured cabling, rack & stack, testing, and equipment installation while driving project schedules, coordinating manpower, managing logistics, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality are met.

Working closely with the Project Manager and client, you'll be responsible for keeping the project moving, resolving field challenges, and ensuring successful delivery of mission-critical infrastructure. This is a highly visible leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced, large-scale construction environments and wants to play a key role in building the next generation of AI and cloud computing infrastructure—all while managing the execution of the work rather than performing the hands-on installation themselves.
