A company is looking for an Experience Banker to provide phone and online chat support for various banking products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Assist customers with online banking issues and process address changes
- Troubleshoot debit card issues and assist loan customers with inquiries
- Answer customer calls and emails, and support the Experience Banking Manager with additional duties
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Prior experience in Financial Services or call center / customer service environment is a plus
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
