Customer Support Specialist

Our client, a leading organization in fire suppression products and services, is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join their team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be part of the Customer Service Department supporting teams across the US, Canada, and Latin America. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, proactive attitude, and agility to adapt in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $16.00

** Shift:
** 7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday through Friday

** What's the Job?*
* + Handle customer complaints and provide effective resolutions to ensure satisfaction

+ Review and close disputes in collaboration with the collections team

+ Follow up and coordinate internal resolution processes for customer issues

+ Manage Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) and credits efficiently

+ Maintain and update cases in  to ensure accurate tracking and reporting

** What's Needed?*
* + Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to work

+ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities

+ Excellent active listening skills and attention to detail

+ CRM experience with , SAP, and JD Edwards preferred

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; bilingual skills are a plus
