Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a Travel Support Specialist. In this remote role, you will assist clients in planning and coordinating unforgettable vacations, corporate travel, group trips, weddings, cruises, and more. You will work with well-known travel suppliers and industry-leading vendors to create seamless travel experiences—all from the comfort of your home. Full training and certification are provided, making this a great opportunity for both beginners and those looking to grow in the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for corporate clients, sports teams, leisure travelers, weddings, and special events
  • Consult with clients to understand travel preferences, budgets, schedules, and payment options
  • Research and plan customized tour packages, excursions, and day trips
  • Book flights, hotels, cruises, rental cars, event tickets, and honeymoon packages
  • Provide ongoing travel support, confirmations, and itinerary updates
  • Maintain accurate client records and booking documentation
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the travel planning process
