As an Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will be in the office five days per week supporting the US, Canada, and Latin America, with hours varying by region. You will execute all administrative tasks related to Johnson Controls Fire Suppression parts and products and positively interact with customers both verbally and in writing.

• Monitor inventory levels to order ship from the proper warehouse.
• Manage backorders.
• Maintain ship dates.
• Manage order cancellations quickly.
• Answer calls.
• Handle customer questions concerning shipments, backorders, escalations, etc.
• Pull regular reports to manage orders.
• Manage cases in

• CRM experience with

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $44,000–$53,600. Salary will be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
