Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, and scheduling/canceling meetings.;
Assist with day-to-day transactions and open new accounts while complying with policies and regulatory requirements.;
Educate clients on technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, , ATMs).;
Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and referring clients to experts.;
Perform branch operations including managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATMs in accordance with bank policies.
