We’re looking for someone sharp, organized, positive, and ready to grow with our company. No experience is required.
Schedule is Monday-Friday 10 am-7 pm.
Experience in the service industry is a big plus, and we are willing to pay more for the right person with that background. This is especially true if you have worked in home services, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or have experience with Service Titan.
This role is more than just answering phones. You will be the first voice many customers hear when they call Leaky’s. We are a fast-growing plumbing and HVAC company, and this position is a great starting point for someone who wants a long-term career.
The last person in this position was promoted into a leadership role, and we are looking for the next person who wants to grow with us.
What You’ll Do- Answer and route phone calls
- Greet customers and visitors in a friendly and professional way
- Help customers with basic questions and follow-up
- Make happy calls after jobs are completed
- Follow up with customers on estimates, scheduling, and service needs
- Help keep paperwork, schedules, and digital files organized
- Support the office team with daily tasks
- Jump in where needed to help the team
- Are positive and sound good on the phone
- Are organized and good at follow-up
- Like helping people
- Can stay calm and friendly when things get busy
- Have a good attitude and are easy to work with
- Like to move fast and get things done
- Take pride in doing good work
- Want a job where you can grow over time
- Customer service experience
- Receptionist or office experience
- Home service industry experience
- Plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or similar trade office experience
- Service Titan experience
- Competitive pay
