• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

• Minimum 16 years of age.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to handle orders over the phone and in person.
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide, and produce correct monetary change).
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
• Motor coordination and hand‑eye coordination for precise movements.

Orientation and training provided on the job.

• Exposure to temperatures ranging from 36°F to above 90°F in certain areas.
• Sudden temperature changes during outdoor tasks.
• Exposure to food odors and cornmeal dust.
• Work in cramped quarters, including walk‑in cooler.
• Contact with hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F or higher.
• Handling of sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

• Standing and walking on various surfaces; walking distance and duration as described.
• Lifting: up to 50 pounds for bulk deliveries; lifting and stacking to shelves up to 72 inches high.
• Carrying: items such as 30‑pound pizza sauce, 12‑pound trays of dough.
• Pushing and pulling trays on dollies up to 30 pounds.
• Climbing stairs or ladders occasionally.
• Bending: forward bending for 30‑45 seconds at a time; bending at the front counter and when stocking.
• Crouching/squatting to stock shelves or clean low areas.
• Reaching up to 72 inches to turn on/off oven controls; reaching down to scoop cornmeal or wash dishes; reaching forward for ingredients or phones.
• Eye‑hand coordination for repetitive tasks such as shaping dough, manipulating a pizza peel, using a rolling cutter, and assembling pizza boxes.

Schedule flexibility to accommodate schooling or other activities.
