The OpportunityAssociate Dentist – practice full‑scope family dentistry, treat patients of all ages, perform implant procedures, and provide preventive care. If you are passionate about making a real difference in your community and want to grow your clinical skills, this is the place for you.
Daily Responsibilities- Deliver full‑scope family dentistry to a diverse patient base.
- Perform surgical implant placement as part of the comprehensive services.
- Participate in morning huddles, team‑building activities, and community outreach events.
- Mentor and receive mentorship within a collaborative, supportive environment.
- Full‑scope family dentistry, including implant placement.
- Denta Pro software.
- Digital X‑ray and Panorex units.
- Fiber‑optic handpieces.
- Annual OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training.
- Staffing ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider.
- Average of 10–12 operative and 20–25 hygiene patients per day.
- State insurance plans, PPO, and out‑of‑network payor mix.
- Guaranteed base pay in excess of $200,000 with uncapped earning potential.
