General Dentist – Lubbock, TX
A dental practice is seeking a General Dentist to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a collaborative clinical environment. The opportunity is suitable for both new graduates and experienced dentists, with access to mentorship, continuing education, and professional development.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive general dental care to patients
- Diagnose dental conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Perform restorative and other general dentistry procedures
- Educate patients on treatment options and preventive oral health
- Build positive, long-term relationships with patients
- Collaborate with dentists, dental assistants, and other clinical team members
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
- Follow applicable clinical, safety, and regulatory standards
- Participate in continuing education and professional development
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program
- Current or eligible dental license
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a dental team
