MWM Architects is hiring a commercial interior designer in Lubbock, Texas.
This role is for someone who is drawn to thoughtful, high-quality design and wants to see projects realized from concept through completion. You will collaborate with architects, clients, and the design team across retail, restaurant, office, education, and community projects.

What You’ll Do- Work with architects and clients on commercial interior spaces
- Select finishes, materials, and layouts
- Create presentation boards and client‑ready visuals
- Assist with construction documents
- Participate in client meetings and coordination
- Degree in Interior Design or related field
- 2 or more years of experience, commercial preferred
- Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, or similar
- Strong eye for materials and spatial design
- Detail‑oriented and comfortable working with clients
- Real projects that get built and used every day
