Established Ophthalmology practice in Lubbock Texas is looking to hiring a full time optometrist. The team includes surgeons, optometrist, and dedicated technicians, scribes, and front office staff that treat a wide variety of eye disease including corneal disorders, diabetic eye diseases, cataracts, LASIK, and glaucoma. 160k-175k base salary plus productivity bonus based on collections and full benefits! Income can be over 200k.

Schedule is Monday-Friday. Spanish speaking is a plus. This practice has top of the line equipment and technology, as well as an amazing facility. Hours are Monday-Friday, 8-5. MD/OD co-management setting. New OD will be taking over an existing patient base. Located in northwest Texas, Lubbock is best known as the home of the Texas Tech Red Raiders, and birthplace of Rock & Roll legend Buddy Holly.

• Glaucoma and diabetes management
• Able to provide full scope optometry including routine eye exams
• Medical cases
• Advise patients on proper eye care techniques
• Diagnose defects of the eye, such as myopia, astigmatism and glaucoma
