Program Details
- 12 or 24 Hour
Shifts:
24 - Hospitalists to Provide GYN Coverage:
Rare - Hospitalists Required to Perform Circumcisions:
No - Hospitalists Needed for First Assist:
Yes - First Assist Available to the Hospitalists:
Yes - Hospitalists to Backup Midwives:
No - Hospitalists to Backup Family Practice:
No - Backup Available to the Hospitalists:
Yes (OB/GYN ED Call) - Hospital EMR System: EPIC
Monthly Averages
- NICU Level: III
- Average Hospital Deliveries: 196
- Average OBHG Deliveries: 19
- Average OBHG Delivery %: 9.7%
- Average OBHG Encounters: 464
- Encounters w/High Risk Diagnoses (%): 39.2%
- Average OBHG Procedures (including deliveries): 471
- MFM onsite
- In-house Anesthesia
- Full-time OB Nurse Practitioner onsite
- Ideal candidates must be Board-Certified, very experienced with high-risk Ob, skilled with emergent GYN, and team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
