CompensationCompetitive salary: $230,000 - $315,000 per year
, based on training, experience, and formal VA pay-setting (Base Pay + Market Pay)Incentives: Recruitment/relocation and performance incentives may be available, subject to eligibility and facility needs

Mostly outpatient continuity care: chronic disease management, preventive care, and same-day access for acute needs
