Position Summary
A graduate student employed in support of the teaching mission who is responsible for, or in charge of, a class or class section, or a quiz, drill, or laboratory section. The position of Teaching Assistant is intended for graduate students employed in teaching activities. The source of funds is ordinarily an academic account.
Major / Essential Functions- Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content related to IPE needs
- Apply tested instructional design theories, practice and methods
- Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process
- Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, roleplays, games etc.)
- Assist in design and updates of new and established learning models.
- Knowledge of course development software and at least one learning management system is preferred.
- Currently enrolled as a graduate student at TTU or TTUHSC, in good academic standing.
- PhD student in Instructional Design

Monthly
Pay Grade Minimum: 2306.44
Pay Grade Maximum: 5278.56
Pay Statement:
Compensation is commensurate upon the qualifications of the individual selected and budgetary guidelines of the hiring department, as well as the institutional pay plan. For additional information, please reference the institutional pay plan website at https://app

Visa InformationTTUHSC, at its sole discretion, may initiate new H-1B I-129 visa petitions in accordance with the directive issued by Governor Abbott.
