Role OverviewWe are looking for Resource Persons (RPs) who can help Coschool build partnerships with schools through strong local credibility and existing networks. This is a relationship‑driven role where your main goal is to enable access to school decision‑makers and support the journey from introduction to onboarding, working closely with our internal sales team.
Key Responsibilities- Leverage your personal and professional network to identify and connect with school decision‑makers (principals, management, coordinators) in your region
- Initiate conversations and build trust with key stakeholders in schools
- Enable warm introductions and coordinate meetings/demos with the internal Coschool team
- Support the internal team during school onboarding and documentation processes
Maintain regular follow‑ups and ensure progress toward onboarding - Share periodic updates and pipeline status with the Coschool team
- RPs will be assigned schools/leads based on region potential and performance
- Expected progress will be reviewed periodically based on pipeline movement and onboarding milestones
- Selected candidates must sign an agreement before starting
- Training and onboarding support will be provided by the company
- Teachers, educators, or academic coordinators with strong school networks
- Alumni with connections to schools
- Parents or professionals connected to school ecosystems
- Retired teachers, tuition centre owners, education consultants, or field sales professionals
- Individuals who are credible, well‑spoken, and trusted in their circles
- Strong existing access to school networks and decision‑makers in your region
- Ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive conversations and follow‑ups
- Basic understanding of the school ecosystem and education challenges (or willingness to learn)
- Comfortable using Whats App, calls, and basic online tools
