The Campus Pastor at the Lubbock campus carries spiritual authority and directional leadership for the campus—shepherding the congregation, developing leaders, and executing the vision of the Lead Pastor and Senior Leadership Team. ** Deeply rooted in Christ with no need to perform or prove. Confidence flows from identity, not title, platform, or outcomes. That groundedness produces authentic vulnerability and transparency—they model what they preach. Steady under pressure and genuinely themselves in every setting.

** Solid in the Word. Not just theologically trained but genuinely formed by Scripture in a way that feeds people. Brings revelatory, substantive teaching that goes beyond the basics. The Word shapes not just what they say on Sunday but how they lead, decide, and disciple throughout the week.

** Translates the Lead Pastor's vision into campus-level ownership and execution, creating their own assignments from vision rather than requiring constant direction.
