Hance Chair In Management
The Area of Management in the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University invites applications for The Hance Chair in Management, a full time, 9-month tenured/tenure-track faculty position at the rank of Associate or Full Professor to begin in Fall 2027 or Spring 2027. Candidates with a strong research background in entrepreneurship, leadership, management, organizational behavior, strategy, or closely related fields will be considered.
Salary and benefits are highly competitive and include financial support for data acquisition and domestic and international conference travel.
