Special Student Populations Support
Length of Work Year: 240 days
Position Summary:
Provide support to the Special Student Populations component to include, but not limited to, workshop support (registration, room set-up, attendance, copying of handouts, creation of materials designed by specialists) purchasing of necessary supplies and resources, maintaining check-out libraries for assessments/technology, and providing other assistance as necessary to support the Special Student Populations Component, Education Services Department and/or the Education Services during specialized events or projects.
Position Requirements:
Education/Certification/License:
High School Diploma or GED
Preferred:
Knowledge/certification in Office Products
Experience:
Minimum of three years of related job experience
Special Knowledge/
Skills:
In depth computer skills, including Microsoft. Helpful to have knowledge of Google products, Canva, Adobe Acrobat, and other office production software.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide workshop and general support to Coordinator and Specialists
- Collaborate with other Support Staff to complete tasks as needed
- Purchase materials and resources as requested by Coordinator and Specialists
- Organize supplies and materials
- Communicate with Region 17 clients to provide assistance as needed or requested

Minimum Salary: $39,652
