Major/Essential Functions
- Performs PM, inspections, and repairs as required on electrical systems and equipment in assigned areas.
- Monitors CHAPII emergency generator testing and verifies operations of the building after text is complete.
- Performs preventative maintenance repairs and/or replaces transformers, motors, appliances, automatic switches, circuit breakers, buzzers, bells, and closed TV circuits.
- Inspects work for conformance to standard trade practices.
- Secures necessary supplies and materials as required.

Required Qualifications
High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Licensed Journeyman Electrician with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation or other state, OR four years of job-related experience,and training.
