Aqua Smart is seeking an Operator Assistant to support field operations and basic maintenance in our Texas/Lubbock area. This entry-level role involves manual labor, equipment operation, and customer interactions to ensure efficient, safe project execution.
You will work a 2 weeks on / 1 week off schedule, requiring travel to multiple sites and long hours. A high school diploma and valid driver’s license are required; prior frac experience is a plus.
