Field Service Representative III
Location:
Lubbock, TX.
The Field Service Representative III (or Lead, based on location) provides leadership for a service location, training employees and customers, and ensures the delivery of high‑quality service and support for medical device equipment.
Responsibilities- Serve as the service center designee in the absence of management and oversee local business operations, including metrics and the use of outside labor.
- Distribute work to team members and provide support and training to service center employees on operational protocols and processes.
- Deliver superior customer service to patients and hospital staff, execute customer training on products and processes, and respond to inquiries and feedback.
- Organize and execute work tasks to meet customer‑expected time frames and ensure accurate order management using company computers and electronic equipment.
- Operate a company vehicle (30–75% of time) to deliver, retrieve, and service medical equipment, and maintain a clean, safe working environment.
- Prepare and maintain best‑in‑class medical device equipment, including cleaning, disinfecting, quality validation, and routine maintenance.
- Coordinate inventory control on assets, parts, disposables, and supplies, and manage inbound/outbound shipments with third‑party partners.
- Lead compliance with safety instructions, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- High School Diploma or GED (or higher).
- Minimum 5 years of customer‑facing or service‑related experience.
- Current, valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work a non‑traditional schedule, including evenings, weekends, and on‑call duties.
- Physical fitness required; may need to pass a job‑specific safety analysis fitness test.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and iOS applications.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with time‑management and prioritization abilities.
- On‑site work at the service location.
- Domestic territory travel up to 75%, which may include commercial air travel.
- Relocation assistance not authorized.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship for an employment visa.
- Expected compensation range: $51,760 – $71,170 (includes base pay plus variable incentive, if eligible).
