Responsibilities
  • Map the decision‑making matrix within hyperscaler organizations and connect with stakeholders in Energy Procurement, Site Selection, and Critical Infrastructure Engineering.
  • Orchestrate complex deals that may involve on‑site generation, battery storage (BESS), and power conversion, ensuring they meet strict SLAs and grid interconnection requirements.
  • Participate in high‑level technical sales engagements and white‑board basic power architectures with customer engineering teams.
  • Position SCADA and control systems as vital cybersecurity assets in an increasingly threatened infrastructure landscape.
  • Act as a bridge between the customer’s technical roadmap and our product engineering teams, feeding market feedback into product strategy.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of technical sales or business development experience in the Critical Infrastructure or Energy sector.
  • Deep functional knowledge of the data center power stack and experience selling or managing at least three of the following:
    Power Generation (turbines, fuel cells, gensets or renewables);
    Power Conversion Devices (inverters, rectifiers, transformers);
    Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS);
    Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) technologies; SCADA / Controls & Cybersecurity (OT security standards).
  • Proven track record of closing complex, multi‑million‑dollar infrastructure deals with hyperscalers or large co‑location providers.
  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering (MBA a plus).
  • Understanding of utility interconnection challenges, microgrid architectures, and the regulatory landscape for behind‑the‑meter power.
  • Excellent interpersonal relations, strategic planning, and the ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Expected travel requirement of approximately 30‑50%.
