Vedanta is hiring experienced 5G Drive Testers to support a major nationwide compliance initiative for a leading U.S. telecom operator. This role is essential for ensuring optimal 5G network performance and compliance across diverse markets.

As a 5G Drive Tester, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing RF data to validate network performance and compliance standards. You will work with advanced testing tools such as TEMS and NEMO to execute drive tests, troubleshoot issues, and provide actionable insights to improve network quality. This is a high-impact role offering exposure to cutting-edge wireless technologies and the opportunity to contribute to one of the largest 5G deployments in the U.S.

• ✓ Conduct 5G drive tests across assigned regions to collect RF data.
• ✓ Operate and manage tools like TEMS, NEMO, or similar for data collection and analysis.
• ✓ Document and report network performance metrics accurately.
• ✓ Identify and troubleshoot RF issues during testing.
• ✓ Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure compliance with 5G standards.

• ✓ Proven experience in RF data collection and drive testing.
• ✓ Proficiency with TEMS, NEMO, or equivalent drive test tools.
• ✓ Strong understanding of wireless technologies, especially 5G.
• ✓ Ability to work independently and manage field operations effectively.
• ✓ Excellent communication and reporting skills.

• ✓ Familiarity with 4G/LTE testing methodologies.
• ✓ Knowledge of scripting for automation in testing tools.
• ✓ Experience with network optimization and troubleshooting.
• ✓ Understanding of compliance standards for U.S. telecom networks.
