Job Summary

At Main Event, our Party Hosts are the life of the party and create unforgettable birthday memories! As a Party Host, you are enthusiastic and relentless in creating fun birthday celebrations, all while having a little fun yourself. You know the details of the event inside and out and can manage the scheduled birthday activities, so our birthday parents don’t have to!

• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Welcome and engage arriving birthday parties, serving as host throughout scheduled activities.
• Create memorable experiences by interacting with party guests throughout the event.
• Monitor events, anticipate party needs, and aid party parents or planners.
• Gather and store birthday gifts and cake (if applicable).
• Process payment transactions and welcome guests back.
• Set up, break down, and clean before and after each party event.

• Prior food and beverage or Party Host experience is a plus, but not required.
• Guest-focused mindset.
• Teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and strong multi-tasking skills.
• Effective communication with management, team members, and guests.
• Availability to work days, nights and/or weekends.
