Monitoring and controlling access to the Lubbock Drop Yard by being stationed at the traffic control building.
Key Responsibilities
- Frequent Yard Checks
- Coordinates trailer assignments and visitor check in/check out utilizing YMS software
- Checking identification badges and credentials of individuals entering and leaving the property
- Accurate recording of all information into Company use software
- Assist dispatch with dispatching of loads
- Diligent observation of surroundings
- Recording details of all visitors including arrival and departure times
- Opening and closing gates to allow authorized entry and exit
- Providing directions and answering basic questions for visitors
Working various shifts including nights weekends and holidays
