As an Attraction Guide
- Climbing, you play an important role in creating that experience. You are responsible for helping guests enjoy the climbing attraction while maintaining the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, guest service, and fun.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Attraction Guide helps create a fun, safe, and memorable experience for every guest while monitoring and operating the climbing attraction.

You are one of the faces of Adventure Park. Guests should see you as someone who is friendly, energetic, knowledgeable, helpful, and safety-minded.

Your job is not simply to operate an attraction. Your job is to create an experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO Guest Experience
  • Greet every guest approaching the attraction with a friendly smile and enthusiastic acknowledgment.
  • Create a welcoming and positive first impression.
  • Assist guests with questions about the attraction, games, rules, and procedures.
  • Explain attraction operation and rules in a way that is fun, clear, safe, and encouraging.
  • Assist guests with special requests and special needs while keeping safety first.
  • Be knowledgeable about other Adventure Park attractions and facilities so you can accurately answer guest questions.
  • Look for opportunities to create positive social interactions with families.
  • Look for moments to surprise, engage, and delight guests.
  • Use your own authentic personality to go above and beyond.
  • Create and perform your own signature move to interact with guests and add personality to the experience.
  • Execute Adventure Park's guest-service standards every day.
Safety & Attraction Operations
  • Operate and continuously monitor the climbing attraction with safety as the top priority.
  • Ensure guests understand and follow all attraction rules.
  • Clarify and enforce safety requirements consistently and professionally.
  • Follow all procedures for the specific climbing attraction.
  • Monitor guests and attraction conditions throughout operation.
  • When safety is in doubt, stop and communicate with the manager on duty.
  • Follow all safety, injury, emergency, and incident procedures.
  • Report unsafe conditions, equipment concerns, or guest behavior immediately.
  • Never compromise safety for speed, convenience, or guest satisfaction.
Cleanliness & Appearance
  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the climbing attraction.
  • Help maintain clean dining areas, restrooms, and other assigned areas.
  • Pick up trash and address cleanliness issues throughout the shift.
  • Report maintenance or facility issues promptly.
  • Help ensure the attraction is clean, organized, and ready for guests.
Communication & Maintenance
  • Communicate necessary repair and maintenance issues to your supervisor.
  • Report attraction inventory and supply needs.
  • Communicate any concerns regarding equipment or attraction conditions.
  • Immediately report guest or employee misconduct to management.
  • Report situations involving theft, property damage, drug or alcohol use, or other inappropriate behavior.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with supervisors and fellow team members.
