Mortgage Loan Processor - Lubbock

First United Bank is accepting applications for a Mortgage Loan Processor in our Lubbock Banking Center.

• Order, validate and confirm income and asset information.
• Maintain loan information in mortgage software.
• Maintain communication with clients and related third parties.
• Coordinate with mortgage loan originators the proper communication and time management needed to ensure deadlines are met according to loan processing procedures.
• Run and evaluate AUS findings.
• Review credit reports and order appraisals and title work. Send out verification forms and conduct regular follow-up with outside sources regarding outstanding documentation.
• Prepare loan for submission to underwriting.
• Interface with closing entities.
• Participate in job specific training, various bank training programs, and comply with BSA, AML and all bank policies and procedures as required.
• Other duties as assigned.

• 1-2 years mortgage experience.

• Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Bank lending support, title company or real estate background is preferred.
