In this role, you will help guide clients through the financial portion of their vehicle purchase, ensuring every transaction is handled with transparency, efficiency, and care. • Guide clients through financing options and protection plans during the vehicle purchase process
• Review credit applications and submit financing packages to lenders
• Structure deals in accordance with lender guidelines and dealership policies
• Ensure all paperwork and documentation are accurate and compliant with state and federal regulations
• Present service contracts, protection plans, and additional financial products to clients
• Maintain strong relationships with lending partners and stay informed on available programs
• Work closely with the sales and administrative teams to ensure deals are funded efficiently
• Maintain organized records and handle all client financial information with complete confidentiality

• Strong communication skills and a professional presence with clients
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales, management, and lenders
• Knowledge of automotive finance regulations and lending practices
• Valid driver’s license
