Responsible for oversight and review of Commercial Loan documentation for the Commercial Lending groups within the franchise. Tasks include collaboration with members of the team which handle document preparation, pre‑close review, loan funding, and onboarding.
Essential Functions & Basic Duties- Assumes responsibility and ensures that the loan documents are created accurately both internally and by approved attorneys in a timely manner.
- Detailed collateral perfection knowledge of real estate, commercial & industrial lending.
- Maintains the daily workflow activity to ensure service level commitments are met.
- A thorough knowledge and understanding of departmental policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulations; stays current with regulatory and market developments.
- Performance measurements are comprised of documentation requirements, organizational skills, and involve a professional attitude with collaborative relationships with the lending staff in the banking centers.
- Performs other duties, tasks and special projects as required, assigned, or directed.

QualificationsEducation/Certification: High school graduate or equivalent, associate or bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred or a combination of equivalent education and banking experience. A minimum 3–5 years commercial lending, title company/escrow, or loan servicing experience required.

Experienced with complex commercial transactions/structures, evaluating and preparation of loan documents.
Skills/Abilities: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; speed and accuracy with detailed organizational skills; ability to prioritize and delegate work; decisive and detail‑oriented; ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations; ability to write reports and business correspondence; ability to present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and customers;
strong analytical and complex problem‑solving skills; ability to compute figures such as interest and ratios; collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Talking: Frequently convey detailed or important instructions or ideas accurately, loudly, or quickly.
Average Hearing: Able to hear average or normal conversations and receive ordinary information.
Repetitive Motion: Movements frequently and regularly required using the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
Average Visual Abilities: Average, ordinary visual acuity necessary to prepare or inspect documents or products, or operate machinery.
Physical Strength: Sedentary work; sitting most of the time. Exerts up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally. (Almost all office jobs.)
