What You’ll Do

As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you’ll guide buyers confidently from application to closing while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You’ll:

  • Serve as the primary lending advisor for home buyers
  • Educate buyers on loan options and financing solutions
  • Manage loan files through processing and underwriting
  • Collaborate with sales, title, and builder teams to ensure on‑time closings
  • Proactively communicate updates throughout the loan process
  • Identify challenges early and develop creative solutions
  • Create memorable experiences that help buyers feel cared for and supported

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of mortgage loan origination experience
  • Active NMLS License
  • Strong relationship‑building and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment
  • Flexibility to work evenings and Saturdays as needed
Schedule Snapshot
  • Tuesday – Saturday (9am–6pm typical)
  • Some evenings based on buyer needs
  • Occasional events and team collaboration
