What You’ll DoAs a Mortgage Loan Officer, you’ll guide buyers confidently from application to closing while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
You’ll:
- Serve as the primary lending advisor for home buyers
- Educate buyers on loan options and financing solutions
- Manage loan files through processing and underwriting
- Collaborate with sales, title, and builder teams to ensure on‑time closings
- Proactively communicate updates throughout the loan process
- Identify challenges early and develop creative solutions
- Create memorable experiences that help buyers feel cared for and supported

Required Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of mortgage loan origination experience
- Active NMLS License
- Strong relationship‑building and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment
- Flexibility to work evenings and Saturdays as needed
- Tuesday – Saturday (9am–6pm typical)
- Some evenings based on buyer needs
- Occasional events and team collaboration
