• Review Affordable Housing resident files for eligibility and compliance with all required laws.
• Perform reviews based on information presented by applicants and ensure completion within 24 hours of receipt.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures as set forth in the personnel manual.
• Monitor changes in LIHTC regulations and requirements and implement modifications as indicated.
• Attend TDHCA trainings annually and complete HCCP training within the first two years of employment, including achieving a passing score on the exam to receive the HCCP designation.
• Participate in all tax credit reviews by outside entities.
• Travel approximately 50% of work time annually for property visits, conferences, training sessions, or other business-related activities.

• Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach.
• Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency with Real Page One Site Tax Credit software.
• Housing Credit Certified Professional certification is a plus; if not already certified, the requirement to attend HCCP training within the first two years of employment and achieve a passing score on the exam.
• Knowledge of the HUD program is a plus.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
