Here Is What You Will Be Doing

• Performs detailed audits and finance deals to ensure accuracy
• Verify required documentation
• Identify discrepancies
• Confirm compliance with dealerships policies, lender requirements and state regulations
• Submit paperwork to and obtain approval from finance sources on all finance deals.
• Ensure that all required documentation is obtained and submitted to the finance source so that finance contracts can be paid in a timely manner.
• Work with Finance Managers to secure a reasonable profit from every sale.
• Check all paperwork for correct title, lien information, taxes, etc.
• Establish and meet monthly objectives.
• Verify insurance with customers' agents, obtain deposits, verify trade payoffs.
• Must follow all company safety policies and procedures and immediately report any and all accidents to a manager or supervisor.

Here Is What You Will Need

• High School Diploma/GED is required
• Successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test.
• Valid driver's license
• Minimum 1 year experience working in Accounting or Finance in the Automobile (Required)
• CDK knowledge (A PLUS)
• Willing to learn, attention to detail, strong organization & ability to multi-task
