Overview

McHur Care is expanding across Texas and seeking Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children, adolescents, and families through compassionate, high-quality behavioral health care.

Base pay range
: $70,000.00/yr - $/yr

Role
:
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

Location:

Texas (office-based and community-based services; some travel to client sites may be required).

• Conduct and review psychosocial assessments to guide care planning
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate closely with QMHPs and interdisciplinary teams
• Provide crisis intervention and support when needed
• Maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
• Active LPC license in Texas
• 2+ years of post-licensure clinical experience (pediatric/behavioral health preferred)
• Strong skills in communication, diagnosis, and crisis management
• Experience with EHR systems and documentation standards
• Culturally competent and committed to trauma-informed care
• Office-based and community-based services
• Some travel to client sites required
• Occasional evening or weekend hours based on client needs
