The fellowship program has an emphasis on clinical child and pediatric psychology and focuses on evidence‑based services. This training experience will occur within an innovative stepped‑care model that includes outpatient, intensive outpatient, and crisis stabilization services, all housed in one newly developed, state‑of‑the‑art location.
Major/Essential Functions- Postdoctoral fellows work with diverse clinical presentations, low‑income, ethnically and culturally diverse families, who are largely underserved.
- Clinical services and training activities are conducted in‑person and via telehealth. Both brief and longer‑term interventions are available in group and individual formats.
- Postdoctoral fellows work collaboratively with a team of providers and are actively involved in research, clinical teaching, and supervision.
PhD or PsyD in clinical or counseling psychology from an American Psychological Association approved program.
Preferred Qualifications- Doctoral degrees in Clinical, Counseling, and School Psychology from a program accredited by the American Psychological Association (APA) or the Canadian Psychological Association (CPA).
- Completion of an APA or CPA accredited internship.
- Completion of all doctoral degree requirements by the fellowship start date.
