• Guides, manages, and plans implementation of and data collection for the cancer expansion of the Raider Rx Pharmacy Based Practice Research and Resource Network (PBRRN).
• Works closely with principal and co-investigators to manage project development and implementation.
• Supervises and coordinates community health workers and research assistants working on the project.
• Manages project development and implementation.
• Manages primary data collection, assists in the development of study-related databases.
• Assists in monitoring of data collection for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinates and supervises daily project activities.
• Ensures compliance of project activities with human subjects research, and with other internal and external needs.
• Assists with editing of proposals and manuscripts.
• Manages IRB submissions and correspondence.
• Maintains compliance standards (CITI, HIPPA, etc.).
• Provides employee and programmatic updates to PI on a regularly scheduled basis.
• Monitors and tracks project milestones; manages ongoing timeline for milestones.
• Ensure preparation and submission of quarterly reports to funding agency.
• Establishes community partnerships and maintains rapport with established partners.
• Plans and provides training for community partners and project sites.
• Designs, implements, leads, and participates in PBRRN events.
• Performs additional duties as assigned

• Master’s degree or higher in relevant field, such as public health, or other health-related degree.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Experience with database creation and management.
• Experience/Education in pharmacy, social, behavioral, medical, or health sciences research.
• Experience in pharmacy or public health, community health, or healthcare setting.
• Human subjects research experience.
• Experience working in interprofessional settings and with complex teams.
• Prior experience with community or hospital pharmacy.
• Data analysis and publication experience.
