• Evaluate and treat patients with customized, evidence‑based plans.
• Focus on helping clients regain independence in daily life.
• Collaborate with PTs, SLPs, and referring providers.
• Document progress in our EMR system.
• Be part of a mission‑driven team that values quality care.

A graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

Prior experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome!

An active or eligible state license to practice.

• Flexible scheduling:
  Full Time
• Outpatient caseload—adult and/or pediatrics (based on experience)
