A growing pediatric home health durable medical equipment (DME) company located in Lubbock, TX is currently seeking a qualified Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) to join their team full-time.

Full-time, Monday-Friday, daytime hours. Flexible schedule managing your own patient visits with a minimal on-call rotation (approximately once per month).

• Provide respiratory care services to pediatric patients in the home setting.
• Set up, educate, and troubleshoot respiratory and DME equipment.
• Assess patient needs and provide ongoing clinical support.
• Educate patients and caregivers on proper equipment use and respiratory therapy plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and coordinate care with physicians and healthcare teams.
• Participate in a minimal rotating on-call schedule.

• Active Texas Respiratory Care Practitioner License
• CRT or RRT credential required.
• Current CPR certification.
• Previous pediatric respiratory care or home health experience required.
• DME experience is a plus
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance required.
