Job Description
This is an On‑call, Day shift position.
The practice of physical therapy shall include assessment, treatment planning and implementation, education, communication and demonstration of therapeutic techniques to address the needs of patients and their families with supervisory guidance as needed. Otherwise, a physical therapist shall work independently without direction supervision.
Required Qualifications- Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program.
- Upon hire:
Texas Physical Therapy Assistant License. - Upon hire:
National Provider BLS – American Heart Association.
- Neonatal Therapist (CCH acute only):
Graduation from an accredited program. - 2 years experience in rehabilitation.

Pay RangeBase pay: $36.14 – $56.11 with potential shift differentials, on‑call, overtime, premiums and bonus opportunities.
