American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an Acute Care Hospital position at a Level II Trauma Center, with Epic EMR experience required and weekend rotation availability.

• Short‑term acute care hospital setting with 379 staffed beds at a Level II Trauma Center
• Day shift, 5x8‑hour shifts (8:00–16:00)
• 1:1 patient ratio
• Weekend rotation shared with full‑time therapy staff
• No on‑call or floating between units required
• 13‑week contract

• Minimum 2 years of acute care physical therapy experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Active PT license required if applicable
• At least 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting required for consideration
• Full SSN and DOB required for consideration
• First‑time travelers are eligible to apply

• Travelers may be expected to float between all facilities within the state; refusal to float may result in termination of assignment
• Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
• Local candidates are approved for this position
• Minimal RTO is strongly preferred for this role
• Dress code for licensed personnel requires solid navy blue scrubs or uniforms; print tops are not acceptable
