Medical Staff Coordinator

Under minimal supervision, coordinates the physician and allied health credentialing and re‑credentialing in a manner consistent with all internal and external regulatory standards. The coordinator serves as a liaison between the practitioner and the institution/entities and works closely with the medical staff leaders, hospital administration and legal counsel.

  • Shift: Day (8 hours, 8 am – 5 pm; Monday – Friday)
  • On‑site position with daily onsite reporting as scheduled.
  • Must reside within a commutable distance of the office location listed below.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1 year experience in medical staff services or credentialing.

Posted are the minimum and maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
