Physical Therapist (PT) | Full-Time | Outpatient

Physical Therapy Today, a H2 Health company, is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our South Loop team in Lubbock, Texas. At Physical Therapy Today, you'll work with a diverse outpatient population while delivering individualized, evidence-based care. Our clinicians treat patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, post-surgical procedures, chronic pain conditions, sports-related injuries, and a variety of musculoskeletal impairments. You'll have the opportunity to build meaningful patient relationships while collaborating with fellow clinicians who are committed to helping patients improve mobility, restore function, and achieve long-term wellness.

Your Role:

  • Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
  • Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, function, and overall quality of life.
  • Treat a variety of orthopedic, post-surgical, musculoskeletal, sports medicine, and mobility-related conditions.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
  • Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time.
  • Utilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management.
  • Work within a manageable caseload environment, typically targeting approximately 10-12 patient visits per day for full-time outpatient clinicians.
  • Contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
