TTUHSC in Lamesa, Texas is seeking a Medication Aide Trainee for an 8-week CMA training program at the Smith Unit. The role includes on-the-job training, observation of staff, and eventual certification. Training completion and CMA certification are required for advancement.
Position is hourly, with hours Monday–Friday 8AM–5PM during training; after completion, the schedule shifts to longer 12-hour day shifts (3am-3:30pm) on a 3/4 rotation. Prior CMA coursework preferred.
