hysical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Home Health

As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in home health, you’ll do more than provide therapy—you’ll help restore mobility, confidence, and independence in the lives of those you serve. If you’re looking for a role with flexibility, autonomy, and meaning, this may be the right fit for you.

You’ll work closely with a licensed Physical Therapist while playing a key role in helping patients regain strength and function in their homes.

What Your Day Might Look Like
  • Schedule visits directly with patients
  • Provide physical therapy services in the home setting
  • Document patient progress and communicate with your supervising PT
  • Support patients through recovery and functional improvement
  • Make a meaningful impact with every visit
Pay & Flexibility
  • $35–$42 per visit (based on experience)
  • Weekly pay
  • Flexible scheduling (PRN, part‑time, or full‑time options)
  • Lubbock, TX and surrounding areas
What You Bring
  • Active Texas PTA license
  • Minimum 1 year of experience preferred
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Strong communication skills and patient‑centered mindset
  • Compassion for delivering quality in‑home care
