Why did you become a PT?
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide physical therapy services in patients' homes
- Help patients improve strength, balance, mobility, and functional independence
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with PTAs and other members of the care team
- Provide care to patients with a variety of ages, diagnoses, and needs
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Location:
Lubbock, TX - PRN: $65–$75 per visit
- Full-Time: $65,000–$75,000 per year
- Weekly pay
- Flexible scheduling based on patient needs and your availability
- Active, unrestricted Texas Physical Therapist license
- At least 1 year of PT experience
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Own device and reliable internet connection required to access your schedule and complete charting
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills
- Self-motivated, compassionate, and comfortable working independently
- Flexible scheduling and autonomy in the field
- One-on-one patient care
